I know Christmas is over.

I can't keep up with this blogging business, just like so many things in my life. I know christmas is over and Halloween is long gone but I have to post this because Jack and Luke were so fun on Halloween. You all know how scared of clowns I am, but Lukie was the cutest clown ever. He is probabally the only clown that has ever made me laugh!

Happy Birthday Lukie Mr. Chookie

Lukie turned Three! Hurray! He has been waiting I think since he turned two to turn three. He is so much fun and he had a great birthday. We went to the Zoo and swam in our pool and had a fun family birthday party. When he woke up I said "Happy Birthday Luke! How old are you?" and He said " I'm two I will turn three at the zoo." Jeremy and I call Luke, Lukie, Lukie Mr. Chookie, Chookie, or Chook. Jeremy just looked up Chookie on a site called urban dictionary and it means a cute irresistible, affectionate individual or to dance like a Muppet. That is so funny, it totally fits Luke. We love you Luke. Happy Birthday!

Boys of Summer

This was the fastest summer of my life, or maybe I am just getting old. Remember as children summer was the best. The days were so long and nothing to do but swim and play with friends. Summers lasted forever and I loved it. This was a great summer but went way to fast for me. My summer this year was actually was pretty similar to my childhood summer. Long days with nothing to do but take little boys swimming, bike riding and playing with friends. Just a little bit different when you are the mom. Here are some summer pics
neighborhood bike gang.

Benny Boy spent alot of time in the
stroller this summer but he loves it.

Boys in the outdoors.
They loved going in the mountains and sleeping
in a tent in our back yard with their dad.

4 year olds can!

Happy Birthday Jack! I can't believe it. Another year has gone by and my baby Jack is really no longer baby Jack but a very big boy Jack. We had a great big birthday bash for all the men. Dad, Grandpa Kent and Jack all have birthdays in the same week so we always have a big party for them. Jack loves to get to have a party with his two favorite guys. Jack is finally not so into Thomas the Train (I'm so glad) and has moved on to "Cars". He really loves Mr. The King. His cake was Lightning Mqueen and he and Lukie loved it! His actually Birthday was Memorial Day and that was super fun because Dad got to be home the whole day with Jack. We went to the pool and played baseball and had a family party for Jack at our house. Jack has really grown up and is such a good helper to me. He really helps with Ben. He runs and gets diapers or wipes for mom whenever I need them. He will make Ben happy by talking or singing to him. Ben loves Jack. Lukie loves Jack too. They are best buddies and love to play all day together. Since Jack has turned 4 he loves to tell me "4 year olds can, mom" like 4 years olds can pour their own cereal, 4 year olds can have Popsicles whenever they want, 4 year olds don't need to take naps, 4 years old can climb up and get laffy tafflys out of the pantry, 4 year olds can ride bikes outside with out mom, 4 year olds can swim and Jack actually can swim pretty good.4 year olds can jump on one foot. The list goes on and on, I am never surprised by what 4 year olds can do.I love my Jack and I am so happy he is mine!

Wow! Where does the time go?

I can not believe it is Memorial Day. As you can see I have been a little out of the blog scene so I will try to catch up. This winter and spring and well actually ever since I had Benjamin, time has just flown by for me. I am so happy for summer and all the fun things that come with. To me it doesn't even feel like we had winter. Crazy I know, normally I dread winter. The days of being trapped inside and the gray outside, but I think I was just so busy with my boys this year that I didn't even notice it. I had heart surgery on March 26 and Jeremy had acl surgery the very next day. It was nuts! We just decided if you are going to be down, might as will be down together. Luckily I had wonderful helpers. Jeremy's parents watched the boys while I had my surgery and then my mom lived with us for a couple of days while Jeremy had his surgery to help me re cooperate. My recovery was only a couple of days. Jeremy was not so lucky. He was in for the long haul. He was on crutches for 7 weeks. It was a really bad recovery but we are through it now and Jeremy is limping around, almost as good as new. Man I really take for granite how helpful Jeremy is. It is so nice to have him be able to help with the boys now. Ben is almost eight months and is so much fun. He is such an easy baby. Luke and Jack are good buddies and pretty much entertain each other all day. That is so nice. It is Jack's Birthday today so I will post some fun pictures from that soon. This is just a little up date from the Whitney house.

New Winter Pics

Three Boys!
Rock On Dude!
Ben loves to take baths. He is so cute in the water, he loves to kick his chubby legs.
We were so proud of our snowman!
Three Boys all duded up and Decked out in their Christmas Church clothes. It is very hard to get a good picture with everyone looking at the camara. This was the best one. Jack and Ben are pretty good together but Luke likes to throw fits when we get the camara out.
